At Organic Burst, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
